Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days. For sales contracts of goods, the period begins on the day you receive the goods (Art. 52 of the Consumer Code).
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Purchases made with a VAT number (B2B) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Returns, withdrawal and warranty
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to give any reason (Art. 52 Consumer Code). For purchases with a VAT number (B2B) the right of withdrawal does not apply.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal via the online function at /recesso or by sending an explicit declaration by email to vendite@vitolo.it within 14 calendar days of receipt. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (email) shortly afterwards.
Withdrawal is excluded for items made to measure, customised or ordered on request, and for items that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly. It is also excluded if the item is not intact, if it is returned without its original packaging or the accessories originally included, in the case of partial withdrawal from an indivisible unit, or if the item is not actually returned.
