Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52-59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
How to exercise withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by using the online withdrawal function available at /recesso, or by sending an explicit declaration by email to vendite@vitolo.it.
In case of withdrawal via the online function, the seller sends without undue delay an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal declaration on a durable medium (email), containing the content of the declaration, the date and time of receipt.
Effects of withdrawal
The refund of the sums paid will be made within 14 days from the date on which the seller was informed of the withdrawal decision, pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code.
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases made with a VAT number (B2B), for made-to-measure or personalized products, and for sealed products opened by the customer for hygiene reasons (Art. 59 Consumer Code).
Return terms
If the Customer has already received the goods, they must return them within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the communication, even if the goods have not yet been returned (Art. 56).
