All prices shown in this online catalogue are valid only and exclusively for orders placed through this site, in accordance with the sales conditions set out in the contract accepted by the customer when creating their account.

Shipping rates

Express courier: delivery within 1-3 business days for Italy (2-5 days for Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia), 3-5 days for international shipments. The following rates are VAT excluded and calculated automatically at checkout based on the actual weight of the order:

For weights or destinations not shown in the table, or for carriers other than the express courier (e.g. in-store pickup, freight collect), the cost is communicated when the order is confirmed.

Notes on rates

Given the quantity and variety of our items, the shipping costs shown at the order proposal stage are indicative: once the actual weight/volume of the ordered items has been checked, they may vary. In this case, we inform the customer of any new transport cost, which they may accept or refuse.

For minor islands and for certain so-called "remote" areas (such as Livigno and Campione d'Italia), a surcharge applies that varies according to the destination postcode.

International shipments are handled by major couriers; for small parcels to non-EU destinations, the EMS service is generally used. We do not accept cash-on-delivery payments for international orders.

In case of cash-on-delivery payment (for orders between 30.00 € and 300.00 €), an additional fee of 5.00 € plus VAT is applied.

Availability and order confirmation

The customer may purchase the products in the online catalogue at the time the order is placed. Images and technical data accompanying a product may not fully and exhaustively reflect its actual characteristics, which may differ, for example, in weight, colour or size.

The availability symbol (green/yellow/red) is purely indicative, given the possibility of multiple simultaneous purchases by different users. The "R" symbol identifies items available on request, for which the price is to be considered indicative and to be confirmed after the order is received; the "A" symbol identifies items not currently available but already ordered and therefore arriving, whose delivery times vary depending on the supplier. Raffaele Vitolo S.r.l. reserves the right, once the order has been received, to verify the availability of the goods and to confirm full, partial or non-acceptance of the order placed; no liability may be attributed to it in such cases.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an automatic reply sent by email to the customer's address, summarising the data entered and the items ordered: the customer undertakes to check its accuracy and to promptly report any errors. Upon receiving the order, Raffaele Vitolo S.r.l. checks the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the data provided, then sends an acceptance email with a summary of the available, unavailable or available-within-30-days items and the total to be paid, where applicable (e.g. bank transfer or postal payment slip).

For available goods, the customer may choose to receive them immediately by paying the amount shown, or to wait for the order to be completed; the right to cancel the order, or the balance thereof, at any time before shipment remains unaffected. Shipment takes place only after payment or proof of payment has been received, which the customer may send to the email address vendite@vitolo.it.

Dealers may request shipment freight collect with their own trusted courier. Under normal conditions, orders are shipped within the next business day.
